Reservations: Upon receipt of your deposit of 10% of the total cost of the Nepal portion of your trip, by certified check or by wire transfer, sent along with the signed trip application form, Kohinoor Adventure (P) Ltd. will confirm and reserve a place for you.

Payment schedule: A second payment of 50% by wire transfer only, of the remaining balance of the Nepal cost is due 90 days before departure. The remaining balance is due upon arrival in Kathmandu (preferably in US dollars.)

Cancellations and Refund Policy: We recommend that you purchase an all inclusive travel insurance which includes trip cancellation. If you have to cancel your trip, the following FEES apply at the time that we receive your written notice of cancellation:
Cancellation made more than 30 days before departure: $100
Cancellation made less than 30 days before departure: 30% of the trip cost
Cancellation made less than 10 days before departure: 100% of the trip cost
